Yes, everyone knows things will never be the same here even if everyone does come back (from south africa). Sure, a part of me is disappointed about that, but how did we all get to the point where we were able to block out all the bad/bitter things that were also occurring during that time? the drama? the fights? doing things we didn't want to do in order to keep the group together? cancelled plans? they will always be our friends, whether they are here or there.
Maxie, i'm buying a ticket today because even if it works out with riel, you should have the option of bringing someone else with you if you want.
brenda officially signed for the franchise. which means visa in order, i will be working in haarlem to run the business for a year and then go to school the following year. i don't know where that means i will live yet, but i'm working on that at the moment and will have a better idea in a couple weeks. longer term leases are cheaper so it might be good to get a place that would be handy for school in amsterdam as well as working in haarlem.
