That's troubling in itself. K is pissed off as hell after the cop's wife but if you look at it, that dirtbag was corrupt, trying to get his buddies to take the fall, and an abusive husband to boot! I don't blame her for what she did! And she never asked for that money or frame the cops. The firm sued on her behalf. She just wanted to get rid of the bastard!
I hate to say it but K hasn't done her homework at all before they brought the FBI in. She should have investigated Arkin's claims, don't you think?
It was quite obvious Lana was confronting her on kissing a guy so I get the reaction but the line before is confusing.
My take on it is that K is telling Agent Sexy "you know already I'm not compromised since I called you here so what exactly is this all about?" and Sexy is like "Alright, you got me. I'm jealous as Hell" and then K is like "mmm... maybe I'm confused, let's see if a little kissing make things any clearer. Btw, how's your French?" :D

We know it wasn't just a sweet kiss, right? Will thought she had been running (men!).
Btw, the more I see the scene, the more I think they didn't show them kissing because they still haven't figured out how to make the height difference work ;) Has anyone noticed how closer their mouths are at the end of the scene than at the beginning when they are standing outside the room? lol I wonder how weird it must be for Jill Flint to have to kiss someone so much shorter than she is. She is a tall lady but she's probably used to kissing taller actors :p
