i'm treating myself to a sci-fi/horror marathon because i'm hungover and have nothing to do today and that NEVER HAPPENS EVER IN MY LIFE ANYMORE. so it's on. here's what's on my external hard drive right now:
this show originally aired on showtime for two seasons, 2005-2007. i didn't even know it existed until a few weeks ago! it's an anthology series featuring hour-ish long episodes by well-known horror directors like dario argento and john carpenter. it's pretty hit or miss. but the hits make it totally worth it.
The 2002-2003 revival hosted by Forrest Whitaker, featuring every actor who ever worked in the the early 00s, complete with a hard-rock, super futuristic (lol) opening sequence - it is as amazing as it sounds
I've never watched this before but it was recommended and i'm looking forward to some good old fashioned 80s camp.
I came to this series late in the game - and obviously it's right up my alley, but it's so damn long that it's taking me eons to get through it. *breathe* - one season at a time. anyway, it's always a good way to kill a Sunday. one day, I will finally find out the fate of Mulder and Scully, and if the government was really in on it the whole time.
