i caught a glance from your eyes in the dusk, and you were pretty like phosphorus. i draped you about me as a warm sweater pulling the sleeves over my wrists for warmth. a house not made with hands.
last night i saw japanese girl pop-punk at the burdenell and it was the best show i've been to in ages! they had matching outfits with co-ordinating neckerchiefs and super lovers attire and they couldn't really speak any english, at all, and shirts were tied with ribbons and everything came with free high-fives and they liked my mittens and talked to me about nintendo and how i should go visit! and some girl intently watched me read the hyde park cinema forthcoming attractions guide for november-january and drink cherry juice and eat poor arabian haribo imitations bought from the international supermarket for about thirty minutes and really, really creeped me out until she came over in between bands and it turned out she just liked the cut of my jib, the pull of the wind in my hair or the look of my face or something. well it was quite dark in there. anyway. its awesome having a girlfriend because you just say 'sorry! i am unfortunately unable to exchange cellular numerical digits with you with potential for possible same-time-same-place type social interactions!' with a smile and they proceed to tell you how lucky she/you/everyone else but they are. and life is good. i hope it snows! and then frozen, mint and thermos-laden night time ferris wheel rides shall be mine! [i feel like i should insert an evil laugh there but its not really that diabolical a plan. more the kind of plan that you get when you're driving down the motorway at night and you kinda slump down in the seat and you squint and look at the passing central reservation lights. its definitely more that sort of plan] thinking of this i've just thought of an awesome yet awful lonely lips. what do you tune to! my girlfriends heartbeat! right i'm sacking off xatlasx and getting involved in wonderful pop-punk...
