QUESTION FOR REVIEWERS:
_fleur claims her journal is dead and has not updated her icon journal since February. Should we consider her gone and hand over theimc to someone else? The community is dying and I hate that because this used to be one of my favorite things on livejournal as a beginning icon maker. I think we need a change of pace--and if _fleur really is not coming back to get on our butts about updating, should we start changing things on our own?
