#12 - I like the blue colors but on her hair they are kind of overwhelming so I might mask those out or lower them down a bit. Then there is also the hand that is more orange so it doesn't match the rest of her. #12 - The text was kind of hard to read since it is so light and repeated over itself. I like that it matches the border though. #12 - Given that the text on this icon reads "HBIC" I think it would be more fitting to have a font that is bolder instead of the kind of fun/funky look you have right now. The brighter pink that sneaks in at the bottom of the one C might be a better color choice as well, since light pink doesn't really scream "HBIC" to me.

#15 - I really like the coloring and how the background matches with his tie. #15 - I love the overall look of this one. The background texture makes the character stand out and the colors are flat which gives it that vintage look. Well, done. #15 - The background, cap, and lighting all work together seamlessly. #15 - This embodies retro for me. He fits the retro-style background perfectly with the slightly flat brownish coloring. His jacket is so well colored, too. Just love it.

#14 - I really like the composition in this icon, the primary colors work perfectly. The cutout is a little sharp on my monitor, though. There are jagged pixels between her hair/hat and the background. Strong contrasting colors tend to create sharp edges. To take those out, stamp the icon, blur the stamped layer and mask away the parts/lower its opacity of the parts you don't want to blur. #14 - Quite simple but very effective. The coloring is great.
