(no subject)
so im back at school and rehearsals are killer and making me feel like im a terrible singer when actually im quite decent, but its really ruining everything cause im no longer all excited to sing my parts cause i think it sounds all wibbly. but the director hasnt said anything. that happens to me a lot. everyone else gets feedback points and not me. so im not really sure if thats a good or bad thing. darn.
but thats not the important part. the important part is that my room is BITCHIN!! like, OMG to the extreme. (ya i went all gangsta to try and demonstrate how cool it actually is). our suite has a huge common room and my room is so much better in size than last year. i lofted my bed so i can store stuff under there (really i just want to be able to sit under there) and my window has a sort of pseudo window seat where i can put stuff or sit! and ther are actualy closets instead of bureaus so i can fit all this stuff in there and its out of the way. oh and my rooms a single. one downside is i had this cool hanging compartment thing which broke and now i have all these pants and nowhere to fit them. i also had an organizational problem getting all my stuff in. Not because i ran out of room, i still have a huge empty drawer, i just couldnt organize everything nicely cause i ran out of hangers, but i got some extra now so its all good. my room also overlooks the other side of the dorm so i cant do what i please, lest someone see me. but everything is fabulous none the less and im just enjoying those few days where i get all the benefits of being at school with none of the responsibility.
well im off to go harass freshmen and try and get them to swipe me into dining hall cause i have no meal plan yet. woohoo!
