This is not to persuade or show any political veiws, I'm just telling you what I heard on the news.
Ok I have just recieved some interesting information. Apparently the Governor of Louisiana has yet to request martial law. Thus under Federal law it is illegal for any military involvement inside a city's limits, including New Orleans. As we all know, it is also illegal to carry out an order that is illegal, no matter who gives it. So, alot of people haven't been going in because they didn't know if they could and were asking they're commanders for clarification. The Lousiana governor still hasn't declared martial law. Bush gave an order that everyone was to go in anyway, regardless of any laws. Also, the New Orleans Cathedral was looted. That's just sad.
