Spring break is making it harder for me to keep up on this thing. Day 10 was my day off. I worked most of the day and then went out to dinner. It was a nice day nothign too eciting.
Day 11 means warrior challenge day. The workout for the day was a density routine which means you do as much as possible in the given amount of time. I did pretty well throught bu Chris joined me for the workout and he struggled. I may have been a ittle misleading when i explained the deal to him but hey he is better off because of it.
Day 12:
I'm currently back up in marin so i had to drage some of my weights and waht not back up to marin so as to not get behind schedule. This was interval day which mean i got a chance to scope out Terra Linda's new track. Let me tell you running on that thing is a treat. I was on the TL track team when we were really good but had a piece of shit track and now it seems as though the roles have reversed, the team's not too good but the track is awesome. Intervals went well it was 200's and 50's and it was really nice to be running them on a normal 400m track instead of ucsc's 800m beast.
After intervals it was core time and my parents pretty mcuh though i was crazy i was going through my core routine but i guess that's to be expected.
Day 13:
My least favorite day of the cycle is strength day which is the routine i got to enjoyt oday. The routine focused a little more on the legs which is something i need as i'm afraid my upper body is getting stronger faster than my lower body. I finished off the workour with three sets of farmer's walk and it all went reasonably well.
There you have it see you all on the flip side.
