I don't know about you, but when I get mad, I get MAD. Temper tantrum city.
This is the easiest, and quickest way for me to bring me down from feeling crazy angry to calm and balanced.
1. Take a DEEP and SLOW breath in through your nose.
2. Slowly exhale out your mouth while making a long HAAAA sound. Ideally you want to sound like darth vader breathing.
3. Place one hand on your arm above your elbow. Place the other hand on opposite side of body, underneath opposite arm.
4. Continue the deep darth vader breath while in this position until the emotional explosions settle down and you feel calm.
