So, I'm driving back up to school (shudder) along Route 9 in Freehold, passing by the Mongolian Buffet, when a cop car comes up beside me in the right lane. He then suddenly races forward, engages the bar lights, slams on the brakes as he jerks the wheel to the left, and comes to a skidding halt where he now blocks the whole road, causing everyone else to slam on the brakes. He gets out of the car, pushes a green shopping cart from the Mongolian Buffet shopping plaza which had gotten into the left lane back across the street, then suddenly flips out, and picks it up and throws it onto the grass of the little divider between the parking lot and the road.
He then calmly went back to his car, wiping his hands together, got in, and sped off.
