Before visiting my family for the holidays this week, I took an inventory of all of my
Prismacolor Premier colored pencils.
I scored a chart of the 132-pencil product line during a local art supply store caper, on which chart I circled the pencils I already possess.

Then I scanned the image and sampled each of the 132 color swatches in Photoshop for their hue, saturation and brightness values.
Photoshop measures hue along a 360° color wheel, where:0° = middle red; 30° = middle orange; 60° = middle yellow; 90° = yellow-green; 120° = middle green, 150° = teal;
180° = cyan, 210="dodger blue"; 240° = middle blue; 270° = violet; 300° = magenta; 330° = pink
Saturation is a scale of 100 (intense) to 0 (dull).
Brightness is a scale of 100 (light white) to 0 (dark black)
I'm reproducing the scan as well as the three HSB values for the 132 colored pencils here.

Fun facts
-A number of Prismacolors "green" are in fact dark-valued yellows that appear subjectively green to most of our brains!
-Prismacolor offers a number of colors marketed as slightly more orange variants of their yellow colors, but these are in fact no more orange but are simply slightly more dull/desaturated than their supposedly more yellowish counterparts!
-Prismacolor's most intense/saturated color is Spanish Orange, followed by Pumpkin Orange and Scarlet Lake!
-"Black Raspberry" has the highest intensity to value ratio among all the colors sampled, making it Prismacolor's "deepest" color!
-"Non-photo Blue," Prismacolor's intended Cyan color in fact leans 10° towards a middle blue than a true cyan!
-"Crimson Lake" and "Dark Purple" are actually Prismacolor's closest to a true middle red, but the former is so dark and the latter so dark and desaturated that they appear more purplish than other colored pencil offerings (such as "Crimson Red") that are actually less red in hue!
-Prismacolor's Black has a slight orangish tint!
