I just wanted all of you to know that I have created an Atkins®-Friendly, low-carb version of this journal. Effective immediately, The Holy McNugget can now be enjoyed at under 11 total Net Carb grams.* I shit you negative, folks.

Why have I made this change, you ask?
Well, it's simple supply and demand. Changing with the times. Going with the flow, and all that crap. I did it for the carb-controlled diet massive that is now planet Earth.
Sure, restaurants like Subway provided the segway. And yes, I'm 'jumping on the bandwagon'. But, it's those sort of tired cliches that remind me of what old granny McNugget once said.
"Jumping on the bandwagon is what kept this remedial family from having to think for ourselves for generations!" "While at the same time, allowing the men-folk a sufficient income to support so many bastard children."
Granny's words still put a smile on my face to this day. Even though our only means of communication is through prison mail. I love you Grandma.
