Hashbrown casserole

1lb bag of shredded hashbrowns
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
half a can of milk
cooked sausage links
half an onion
1 cup five cheese italian blend
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mild cheddar
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and stir in both cans of soup plus the can of milk. Melt in sharp cheddar and italian blend. Cook and chop sausage. Dice onion add to mixture. Mix into soup/cheese mixture. Mix in half of the shredded hashbrowns. Pour cheese/soup/hashbrown mixture into a casserole dish. (You could use other breakfast meats. Ham, bacon, etc. I used what I had around the house). Top with mild cheddar cheese for crust and extra meltiness. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve immediately, or when cooled down.

For the record this is probably 9 million calories, but it's delicious.
