You know what folks? I really LOVE large scale warfare.
Yes indeedily ...And not just any large scale warfare...Sometimes having the old sword and bow & arrow combo is great ...like really great ...But also sometimes having the full out machine gun fire - urban warfare. Im reminded of many large scale warfare scenes that just get me frothing..
Helms Deep and Minis Tirith *drools* Those were the days ....or rather I think ...Those WIll be the days (considering from what I can gather of Lord of the rings its set in the future ...so far in the future in fact that we cant even begin to wonder about it) Then theres the Saving private ryan Omaha Beach Large Scale warfare...Then there's the gaming world large scale warfare...Nothin makes me froth more than sending in roughly 500 battle ready troopers accompanied by 20 tanks and another 10 or so mobile artillery batteries while dropping bombs from above OH BABY Yeahh ...If only the game play in Rise of nations was a lot more detailed sound wise ....that would be soooooooooo sweet ...hehhehehe the dudes in Command And Conquer Actually screamed for the medics *chuckles maniacly* Dont get me wrong I dont condone real life warfare (though there are some exceptions to that rule IE we're being invaded by hostile aliens and its a battle royal filled with blood curdling carnage) SO games are the best outlet ..I cant wait until im like 50 or something to see the game technology and how far advanced large scale warfare gets *froths* Needless to say nothin gets the adrenaline going quicker than witnessing a shit load of troopers, artillery and not excluding mobile artillery, armor divisions (Tanks etc) and Planes over head raining down a firey hell on the enemy ...god in heaven nothing is better than seein that kind of large scale warfare...Especially Urban warfare...that is some great shit ...Grab an M4 rifle, hand gun, some frag grenades and a flak vest and head out to no mans land (basically ur back yard should you be in a large scale urban warfare battle) and start handin out bullets to those unlucky few that happen to move into your line of vision...BOOOOOOOOYYYYYYY HOWWWWDDDDDDYYYY YYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
