Fred M. Jorgensen, M.D., Associate Director/Medical Director

Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. Residency in Family Practice, Fairview General Hospital. Board-certified in Family Practice, 1985; recertified 1992, 1999. Physician Executive Institute I and II, Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, 1997, 1998. Joined Fairview faculty, 1986. Associate Director/Medical Director, 1989. Associate Clinical Professor, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Fred’s special interests include practice management/managed care, quality improvement, lead poisoning, and preventive health services. Fred is married to Sandy and they have two sons, Sean and Andrew. He enjoys golf, skiing, scuba diving, and Scouting.

(He's my and Natey's primary care physician. He was also my MIL's doctor when she lived here in Ohio and was also Charles', Jon's and TJ's pediatrician.)

Janeen M. Drazdik, M.D., Pediatrics Coordinator

Medical College of Ohio and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Residency in Family Practice, MetroHealth Medical Center. Board-certified in Family Practice, 2000. Joined Fairview faculty, 2001. Senior Clinical Instructor, Case Western Resreve University School of Medicine. Janeen’s special interests include obstetrics, pediatrics and obesity. She is married to Jim and they have three children, Victoria, Jeremy and Dylan. Besides her balancing act between family and practice, Janeen enjoys going dancing, reading horror and science fiction novels and shopping.

(She's my OB ~ Dr. J referred me to her, and I couldn't be happier or feel safer under her care.)

David A. Eberlein, M.D., Ob/Gyn and Medical Student Coordinator

Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Residency in Family Practice, Fairview General Hospital. Board-certified in Family Practice, 1986; recertified 1993, 2000. Joined Fairview faculty, 1997. Senior Clinical Instructor, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dave has special interest in obstetrics, the diagnosis and treatment of chemical dependency and the development and maintenance of nurturing patient-physician relationships. Dave is married to Sandy and they have two daughters, Alana and Amelia. Dave’s priniciple diversions are home repair and remodeling, mechanics and travel.

(I only met him once, in the Birthing Center triage on Father's Day. He's a really quiet guy but has a great sense of humor!)

Licensed Independent Social Worker, Ohio and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Illinois. Joined Fairview faculty, 1998. Assistant Clinical Professor, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Jenny has two college student children. She enjoys yoga, golf, the outdoors and the arts. She is an avid touring cyclist and a Reiki Master.

(I went to some counseling sessions with her back in the summer of 2004... she's a sweetheart!)
