hooray!
this weekend was family packed! it started on friday when connie, jose, and the kids surprised us at like 10:30 in the night. then saturday morning the rest of the gang pulled into our driveway. it was later that we found out connie had knew that her parents were going to come all along. they stayed until this afternoon and like always, we had loads of laughs. i had mixed feelings about them coming because i knew that i wouldn't study for my very first geography quiz that i have tomorrow. but as soon as they left our house, i jumped into the shower and then got myself to memorize the maps. guess what? i actually know it all already! i can't believe i know where places like saudi arabia, greenland, peru, or chile are! i'm proud of myself. i can feel smart when i talk to stephanie now.
aside from studying my maps, i was watching the grammy's on mute but as soon as G popped onto the stage to present an award i put my hw on hold. yay for no doubt and their second grammy win. last year they won one and this year underneath it all did it for them. that's all for now.
