(no subject)
Yesterday was a good day. Work has been better this last week because they switched me back to my departments I had before I had my maternity leave. (Garden and Electrical) I know these departments really well and I know how to stay busy in them. So that way I'm not wasting a bunch of time or socializing. I actually have work to do, I feel like me again. =)
My supervisor, Paul, is a really good guy. He is good in general as a supervisor, I would do some things differently, but that's ok. He really wants to get me promoted, which is so nice. He is always talking about how to advance and what I could do, because I "deserve" better than what I'm getting. That is a really nice compliment, and if I had plans to stick around, I would be all over that. But I am more excited to say goodbye. =)
But I do enjoy my job in general. My actual job is fun, and challenging a lot of times. Paul gave me another compliment yesterday that was nice. He said that I have a lot of patience and where others "call it good", I want to finish it and do it right. Even if that means its really difficult, I still get the job done correctly. Isn't that nice that he noticed that? I'm glad because that has seriously been my goal. I don't want to just pass for"good enough", I want to excell. So go me! But- I still can't wait to get out of here.

I think they are really neat and affordable for a little personalized momento of your loved ones. Stephanie and I have been trying to get this going since Christmas when we came up with the idea. So it has taken a little while, but we are finally starting. Its been interesting. She does the graphic designing, and when we get the supplies ordered for me, I will be making the pendants. Well, I hope we split the responsibility of making tiles, because if we are selling a ton, it might get nuts. We have also started a blog to help promote, but we haven't done much with it yet. We will also be posting on my mom's website where she has several loyal customers. So I guess we will see how this goes, but its pretty cool! I hope that it keeps going with sales, then maybe it won't be so tight with me quitting my job, I will be able to still make some money.
In other EXCITING EXCITING news, my friend Lola finds out what she is having today! I am so excited for her! I have no idea what she is having, I didn't have any idea what I was having. But my official prediction is that it will be a girl, but I want it to be a boy. I know how much fun boys are, so I want all my friends so experience boys. Little boys are AWESOME! Good luck Lola, I hope you and Ryan get what you want. But you will love them regardless. And when you are ready, you will have to tell me what you are having so I can scream with you!
