what a day
So today Hee Jung came over to work on the lab and Alyssa came over and joined us later to hang out. Today was so hectic but fun. We have good times.
So my sister's about to graduate...it's just so weird...cuz it seems like graduation wasn't that long ago. And stuff that you do in your senior year just seems like it was only yesterday. I can't believe that a whole year has already gone by and that I'm actually done with my freshman year of college....yeah I know its been a while since school let out but still, I can't get over it. We were looking over some senior stuff today (the 3 of us) and started talking about old times. It's so sad. :-( I miss high school a lot. Especially senior year...we had so much fun, I just miss all the good times. I don't know. I'm sure when people say that they don't miss high school, there's still a part of you that misses it. Come on...you know there is. Even though college is more fun, the older you get the more you start to miss stuff that you once had more...and the older you get, the more people you meet and its hard to hold onto everyone. And its harder to see people slowly drift away from you. I guess I knew that it would happen eventually but I never really wanted to think about that aspect. But what reassures me about that the most is the fact that when I do see old friends again and we start hanging out after a long time, it feels as if we never left and thats a good feeling don't you think? I think so. Letting go is one thing but keeping your memories alive is another. That's something we can all treasure.
