(no subject)
so school has been pretty rad so far. i moved all my stuff in and now i have a pretty cool setup - a single, with a fridge, my stereo, my PS2 and Jen's TV. I currently have about 10 cans of PBR in the fridge. the last two days were pretty intense. Jen picked me up at the airport and we spent about an hour unpacking, after which i went to band practice with the Trashbirds. That night, after seeing some bands play at Disorientation, The Trashbirds did an impromptu gig at Matt's house with Overwhelm. I don't think i've ever played a show so drunk. I was barely able to stand up straight but people told me I played guitar well enough. We practiced again yesterday and worked on new songs for the next show (friday). Today I had my first classes... an introductory Religion course, and a Russian Literature course taught by a guy who looks like a younger V. I. Lenin. Matt is in Hudson picking up my guitar from the repair place and hopefully we'll practice tonight. If not, I can always drink.
