Odd? How so? I noticed my mark glowed for a moment. I haven't seen anything other than that.

Hmmm. Mine glowed, too.

A few of the oddities I have noticed include Edward being turning into the size of a bean, a man wearing blankets of some kind offering dissection parties, a text that reads much like a pirate would - Thought that lasy one could be normal.

Surprises? This has happened before?

Yeah. Every other week there were these odd situations. One week people had heightened senses. Another week we were all turned into younger version of ourselves. It all stopped when the pirate ship became part of Vatheon.

I see I am not alone in noticing the oddities occurring currently. This is quite possibly the work of a curse.

The answer to that would be yes and no I'm afraid. In the past, Vatheon had a pattern of experiencing a curse every other week, but that pattern was broken when the coral split. Until we have more data, I cannot say if Vatheon is moving back into its old pattern again, or if there is a new pattern.

That said, if this curse is similar to the old ones, than the effect of it should not last beyond the week.

And there has been no discernible purpose behind these events as of yet?

Though, if they stopped when the coral split, I'd wager they are connected to it. hmmmmm.

None. The curses have ranged from mildly annoying to quite humorous to ones I'd rather not recall, so it is hard to find a structured purpose behind them.

It is a bet I would be willing to take, yes.
