Even if they're not visible in the mirror

Lately, my immune system has been failing me. Falling ill countless of times within this year. Besides gyming on weekdays, i haven't done water works close to a month and that's honestly very terrifying with race coming up 2 weekends from now. And it's of no help that i'm leaving for Thailand this friday. Which means I'll be missing next weekends trg too. Makes it a MONTH not attending weekend trgs. Damn, that's helluva lot! Don't even mention about the triple rise in H1N1 cases over there but i can't cancel the trip already. Precautions i will take but am not gonna think too much into that. I don't even have the courage or confidence of lasting 300m what more 800m of the race?
Really not on-form now.
If it's not too late, i'd either rather be the drummer or not race at all so i don't pull the rest down with me.
Disappointing, iknow but i'll just do what i can for now...

So like i mentioned previously, i'm probably considering gonna take up a new sport. I'm going for the lean & toned body look so am thinking of either Hot Yoga/ Kick-Boxing/ Body Jam. Which do you think suits me better? Tried Hot Yoga a week back and the very thought of it still breathes through my veins. Although i looked like a total noob, everyone starts somewhere don't they? Basically lots of stretching and it totally works out your entire body as you burn more calories in the hot ass room. But I'm totally head over heels for Kick-Boxing too. Pretty cool dontcha think! I might just enroll for classes once i'm back! :)
