something I saw today, and my new Gaara icon

I stopped by McDonalds today to use the bathroom and saw, written on the tile wall in orange crayon, the following words:

me
and
Gaara
 4 ever
Next to that was a poorly drawn Konoha symbol, also in orange crayon.

I wonder why this person was allowed to go out unsupervised.
