i just had a sudden urge to reference a certain quote from a certain book of no less than 765 pages.
when i opened the book, i turned immediately to exactly the right page (699). which means that i have to tell the internet or someone or something what that quote is, because shit that crazy cannot happen without being widely lauded as the craziest shit that has happened to me, ever, and explained in painfully irrelevant detail.
