One Canadian, safely delivered

Howdy folks.  Just wanted to let you know Amanda (aka Nightflower) has made it to my humble abode in Greenwich.  I've set her loose on London to check out Tower Hill at the moment, so I have some time to myself.  We went around yesterday and saw many of the riverside attractions, including Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Trafalgar Square, and the Thames itself.  Showed off Greenwich's view of the Canary Wharf skyline to boot.  As she would say, jolly good.

I admit, I am a bit self-conscious as to how good of a host I'm being.  Tried to keep everything neat and clean and feed her well, but I'm also trying to keep the money level up for Dublin's food; I had a few expenses to tend to for the end of year uni and it was more (a lot more) than I expected.  Fortunately, my paycheck comes in on the 14th, which will take care  of me til I get back to London.  I'm not too fussed about the day trips either; I want to explore Dublin itself.  I have reserve supplies for the end of term as well, so I should be fine.   I hate to make her feel bad about me or anything, but we've agreed that this is all on me -- I'm not asking for her for cash, nor will she give it.  The only expenses I have left, really, are the Stansted Express ticket, tube money to get there Sunday morning (if I put a fiver on today, I'll be fine, no doubt), and then the Guinness Brewery, mwahah. Que sera, sera.  Can't get fussed -- going to Dublin!  I'll eat crackers there the whole time if necessary XD.
