Mmmm, a day in life..or maybe two
DAY I
The first day of the new year is always football football football, they should really instead of calling it New Years Day, they should call it, College Bowl Game day! The Wolverines lost and those Trojan condoms won, those cheaters. But otherwise it was Giorgia Rae's birthday and I felt obligated to do something for the kido. So I picked a rose out of my garden, went to her house, took her out to dinner and a movie, and walked around Pasadena until it got too cold and then went on the subway because we couldn't find a place for Cappucino Coffee, picky picky. But it was wonderful, beautiful clouds and the moon. Then went home, and had some nice talks with people online and realized some new things. When you care about someone, you want the best for them, even if it doesn't deal with you, and if you can't get what you want, somehow things turn out most likely for the best. Very positive outlook which is a good change :-)
DAY II
Mm woke up too early, ate something that I don't remember, and then got a call from a buddy of mine asking me if I wanna go to a car show. My ears suddenly perk up. I mean what guy doesn't wanna go to a car show? So i dressed up real warmly in my Grumpy jacket, i mean after i did my practicing and writing and singing and reviewing and all the other stuff! Finally after all was done, I walked a ways to my friends house and once I got there, we played Soul Callibur and I beat him badly as usual with my man Voldo until his aunt came to pick us up. Then drove over to the subway and took the subway. Public transportation is wonderful, so fast and you meet new people there everyday. So I talked with a few people and discussed with ricky his future and then suddenly i realize, how much kids are different now a days then about 30 years ago. I mean we are so mature it seems, rick is what 12 and he seems like he is 14 or 15. I think it has something to do with the hormones in fast food or somethingI have no idea. I mean the girls look more mature then ever, if you know what I mean, but anyway im getting off subject. So we got to the car show, and my god how expensive these cars are, the least expensive one is like 35,000 dollars! Who would spend that much? A crazy man in need of a good time? I don't know. But a real interesting thing, I saw a truck, get this, wtih a satalite plasma tv with a bq, a beer tap, and seats. Talk about living! Well after fantaszing about cars, i came home, and talked with spence who just came back from NY, and then watched a great movie, American Splendor. I remember when i was a kid i used to read all the comics and usd to write my own, and now i may start again. Better watch out! Rusty's let loooseee!
