I have discovered that the best way to force myself to actually FINISH shading something is to start with the parts I hate the most. Once I got that fucking SKIRT outta the way, the rest of it was easy peasy (except, you know, taking me basically ALL DAY TODAY to shade). This is an important discovery because usually I start at the hair and then give up because the hair is my favourite part 8| so I have nothing to look forward to once it's done.
I drew it yesterday and did flats/shading today and MAN. It's been...a really long time. Since I drew something that I finished and that took me hours upon hours TO finish.
I FEEL SOMEWHAT ACCOMPLISHED.
So accomplished that I'm going to do one of these for all my major characters. 8| jooooy. Who do you AC-readers wanna see next?
