Sorry for the driveby, but as someone who knows byebyeagogo's mun and also actively plays in pokedressing, as well as someone who has dealt with this shit from Patch for over a year, I felt I should say my piece.
I've known Patch since his early days, before people knew him as a little shitstirrer. I've watched him go through his ups and downs, through periods of wank and reform. He operates in cycles; he causes wank, realizes he caused wank, emos about it, bitches about it, realizes he was being an emo bitch, tries to reform, stays on the good path for a while! ...Causes wank. This is the Patch Formula. It's the same old song and dance, really. Somehow some way, he manages to convince some people he's changed, and they remain oblivious to the trouble he causes from thereon. I was one of those people.
Now, I'm all for giving people second chances. Hell, I've given him one before. He causes trouble with my friends, I bitched him out and had him banned from two RPs. Strike one. Eventually, he approaches me himself and asks for forgiveness. A friend of mine also tells me he's changed. I don't hear anything about him for a while, so I buy it. I sweep the matter under the rug and forgive him. Not long after, that name crops up again, attached to wank, and I witness him in action once again. I shake my head in disgust. Strike two. More time passes, and I forget about him. Eventually, he approaches me himself and asks for forgiveness again, and a different friends assures me he's different now.. I'm like, sure, okay, whatever. Water under the bridge, right? Guess not.
This is strike three for Patch, or Stephen, or whatever the fuck he's call himself next. Hearing he's still pulling this shit, and that he hasn't changed at all, perhaps even having become worse, I'm disgusted. I believe people can change, but it doesn't mean they will. I believe people can learn from their mistakes, but it doesn't they want to. This is it for him from me. Fool me once, Patch, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a thrice, rest assured.
I'm sorry you got wrapped up in this mess, and with him. Hopefully, you can resolve things as quickly and cleanly as possible.
Ugh. This doesn't really surprise me. At first I thought he was a pretty cool dude, but after this I see that he really does deserve the reputation he has. (Not the treatment he gets for it, but the reputation itself.)
