(no subject)
I'm still plugging away at my final. I have it all laid out, and I'm starting to shade rather than sitting and nitpicking the placement any more. I still have to get reference shot of myself, though, so I'm not working on any of the faces just yet.
I've also been helping Megan design her jewelry final. I spent one night doing sketches of silver pieces that would be totally unrelated to her idea, since she was originally going to throw it out. Now, however, her teacher has demanded that she continue with the ice, so I'm far less amused. I'm not really a high-concept person - I'm all about the aesthetics and figuring out what on earth the deep idea was behind it later. (Note all of my recent stuff - it took me a long time to figure out that they're all about becoming more than human.)
All of this means lots and lots of drawing in the room, and very little outside time... which is okay, since it's pretty muggy out there.
Now I have to start learning Flash and higher-end HTML, since I want to design a gorgeous interface for Advanced Survey. Onward ho!
