(no subject)
hmm.
well, i've got the new screws for the cabinet hardware. probably should go ahead and paint those tonight so they will be ready to match tomorrow.
i'm also working on a realistic wish list for my birthday. so far, it includes LOTS of cans of paint. :D oh and a shower curtain.
speaking of paint, we've changed our minds about what colors to do which rooms. bedroom is going to be a dark, heathered sage green. the dark mustard that was going there is going in the guest bedroom. i'm still clueless about what color to do the living room. i think i will wait til i get the slipcovers i really want.
in other news, i have no idea why, but my poor tummy can't seem to bear milk. just milk! ice-cream and cheese are fine but i had a glass of milk earlier and couldn't finish it all because i felt very gross after about 3 drinks.
68 degrees in the house is STUPID HOT when everything is properly insulated. i now have the heat set to 63 and it's *still* a little over-warm to me. but in fairness, i've been doing up all the dishes. i've put them off for several days, and finally found the mojo to do them today.
also, potty in the main bath is leaking around the bottom seal. thank goodness we have a completely unused bath with a brand new potty in it that we can steal. we will plug up the hole in the unused bath so we don't lose a kitty down the hole and then seal it over the top with wood. thankfully, that bath only serves as the kitty-potty-room, so they will probably be fine with a little more room.
time to give the dog a pill and swap out my laundry.
