I'm sure most of you have seen Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along blog. I won't even bother linking it, since it's offline now. Let me know if you haven't seen it. If you like Felicia Day, she has her own project called The Guild - it's about a group of people playing a Warcraft-like game. Those who play Warcraft or a MMORPG will "get" it. The first (and current) season won the 2007 YouTube Awards for Best Series and repeated with Best Web Series on the 2007 Yahoo! Awards.
