Blogging is so 2001-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-not 9.
(The TV says, Twitter's where it's at.)
Man, I've had this journal a long time.
Yesterday was my birthday.
I am now twenty-two!
At work today, one of the nice older ladies that works at the front desk mentioned that 22 sneaks up on you, because you feel like life is pretty much complete at 21. After that, well, it's not so much that there's nothing to look forward to, it's just that you're so content with that odd number that to go even again seems passe.
There's something about this big white box, this cursor, thin, blinking irregularly because my computer is so slow and laggy. I've had this computer for as long as I've had this journal. I believe that's accurate information. Consider that for a moment.
Speaking of work, I do it a lot. Pretty much alllll the time. Which is great. I enjoy what I do. I have two awesome internships. Web internships, at that. Coding. Making. Prettying. Not entirely different from my stint at Miki's dad's business, which happened, incidentally, around the same time I started this journal. Anyway, point being, it's all great, except that I have exactly 91 cents in my bank account. That needs to get fixed immediately.
Anyway, I just wanted to visit this window again. Examine it. Ponder whether I really want to allow comments, or what my mood is, or what music I should pretend I'm listening to.
And now it's done.
