Incredible
This weekend was one of the best in a long time...and it only involved a few people. Friday night KT and I went and saw Jonah, a 5th for her, a first for me. All I can say is that I am in love, and you're all invited to the wedding. I got to talk to some random in Virginia on Jonah's phone because he was doing an interview. I told him how there was a plague of green bugs on campus, I think he thought I was on crack, then I told him to play Aeroplanes. The show was amazing, I've never had someone I don't even know make as happy as I was that night. As it got quiet after he talked, I yelled out WILL YOU MARRY ME? and have you....we were right there in front of him, and he asked HOW OLD ARE YOU? and everyone laughed, but i said i was legal. Then he said in 10 years, so I'm holding him to his word. After all the wonderful singing, guitar playing and talking, he talked to kt's friend on the phone, and I got a hug and he said I was sweet. We met this girl from Las Vegas who goes to Chapman college, she had a tattoo of the O.L.D heart with a saying around it, and she told us it was a friendship tat...she was really nice. Jonah bought us all pizza outside and everyone hung around, I got a pic with him and he liked my car. Then when we were leaving we yelled at some randoms who worked at Chain in this really really nice old merc., and I blew them kisses. Here are the pics from the show:
i've come to the conclusion that I take way too many pictures because this is only perhaps a 5th of all the ones I took not including video. But that's alright I guess. Look at cheerupemokidz for other pics. The night was great, and I am eternally greatful for KT introducing me to my husband. Thanks twinsey!
Saturday night Kt, Bert and I went to Huntington to walk around and be, well, not bored. After buying some
and talking to this man in a wheel chair who was asking for condoms, we walked around some of the stores. This surf shop was having an outsale. We walked out to the water and talked to a lifeguard that was playing the guitar, he looked like a stoner for sure. Then we went down the pier, and got ice cream at Ruby's, it was very tasty. There was a man on the pier playing the banjo, I yelled YEE HAW. At the light there were some teens acting like dumbshits so I made fun of them, and they yelled at me and told me to be more lady like....right. I had a craving for a butterfinger so I went and bought one. The candy shop there is really
. While driving back we yelled at scenesters out my window, and raced this shitty focus, which sounded like shit. Then there was oodles of traffic on the 57, and we were talking to people in other cars. This limo was in the lane next to us, with this beat woman in her 50s hanging out the sun roof, we started yelling thigns at her, like, "you're drunk!" with finger pointing. And she said "YOU GUYS ROCK"....she then preceded to flash us, along with every other car on the road. It was the most horrible sight I have ever seen...ever. I thought I was going to run out of gas and my car was going to overheat, but we made it to the gas station by campus and I yelled reefers out the window, and some dude looked all crazy like at me, so we quickly sped away. Back in the dorms we watched part of top gun, I ate my candy, and we all went to sleep.
Today I had lunch with KT, went and rode my horse and gave him a bath, he's really clean now. I did laundy and helped a friend up stairs with...i can't talk about it actually, I stole some of bert's candy, had dinner with steve kt and bert, took a shower, and did NOT do any homework. But at this point, I don't care, because I'm in love, and have had an awesome weekend.
I don't want to say my best days are behind me...
