I visited my mother yesterday at rehab with my father. It was mandatory for us to attend this seminar/discussion group before hand - it was a 5 hour ordeal. That is so incredibly intense, but I have to say, reading this I also felt a sense of relief. I know you and your family may have some rocky times ahead, but from what it sounds like, your mother is making some huge steps, and that is amazing. You are in my thoughts, my dear <3

Thank you so much <3 she actually came home yesterday and will be attending meetings a few times a week. She has a home health aide that will be there several hours of the day as well.

A satirical side note, a young (24-26) heroin addict sang me a song on his guitar about his addiction when I visited in the rehab and it was touching. Something tells me I should probably not fall for him, though. haha.
