Where to begin? I drove to Ottawa yesterday, arriving in time to unload the car, then get to the rental office before it closed, and get to the campus in time to grab food and make it to class.

When I was on hold with Bell the hold music kept changing but looped back to the 'I'm sorry, all of our operators are currently busy, etcetera" ever sixty seconds. Except when it got stuck and repeated the message forty times in a row. We gave up on hold after 25 minutes and decided to call back in the morning.

Yeah, it kept going back to the 'thank you for holding...' while I was waiting for people. When I was on hold while the helpful woman was 'working' (for all I know making coffee) there was just the music. Anyway, over the course of the call I got to the second repeat of the *music*.

Best guess at the moment is that I'll be there between 1:30 and 2. Can't really say any better until I'm on the 401.

I should be able to call by around noon with a time that, barring construction delays, will be quite accurate. If I've not called by around then, and you're eager to know, or go out or something, you can always call my cell.
