I took the day off school today.
Not because I'm a bad ass, I actually always end up having more fun at school than at home, feeling bad for not going to school.
But I took the day off because I woke up too late, would have missed the test this morning anyhow, then realized I'm all caught up anyways (except for that test I now have to reright... on manicures by the by, manicures, EXCUSE ME, I'M IN HAIR... not nails. But I got one done last night with lora, and if she spoke better english I would have asked her many questions since I did not study, but I after having trouble decyphering "may-sosainee" to "make, so shiney" when I asked about a wax cream, I decided it's best to just enjoy the moment") Where was I? I don't know, I bought a new book, it's nice out from what I can see through the blinds, I'm staying home.
Kailey and I left school early yesterday, went to the black bull, have 2 pints each then took the streetcar around to look for a pair of all black chuck taylors. I decided I'll get mine another time. So I paied for hers with my tuition, which I still haven't paid the school. I'm keeping it (most of it) in my bank incase they DO find out. Better safe than sorry. I had a dream Mr. Hopkinson can after me for tuition again. 4 more days and I'm home free!!!
So.. Lora's having these fits about work, and I understand, they want her to be paying more towards the salon monthly, which is great for the other 2 owners, since she works that hardest and would probably bring in atleast 30% more than lysa would. So she's all pissed that they're changing the deal. I told her to tell them to go eff themselves, and to just buy them out in a year. Then we'll open our own and call it 'Matthew' and THAT salon, will conqure all. We can retire at 30, well... I'll retire at 30, she'll retire at 35. Anyhow, the glass is half full view to all this is that being able to see PAST this salon that's opening on the 1st, through to the next salon that her and i will most likely open in 3-5 years... that salon will be our true endeavour, this one is a trial, learn from your mistakes type of thing. Neither of us wanna work there too too long.
