Alright, new people, once again welcome. I'm Martha Jones, the head of the infirmary and I'd like to ask that you set up appointments with me in the infirmary so we could establish a medical baseline for emergencies. The physical is completely hands off and only takes a minute. Thank you

Before I submit myself to any such thing, I demand to know what this physical exam entails and what this hypospray consists of.

The hypospray consists of the inoculation so you don't come down with the Gallifreyan flu that put several timelords in coma a bit back. And the exam just consists of me running a scanner over your body.

You don't need to worry about it giving me a weakness on your or anything, Rassilon. I'm quite familiar with Gallifreyan physiology, and I know about the aspirin allergy. I've been a doctor here for 18 months, plus I've traveled with two Doctors--you've nothing to fear from me or anyone else in the infirmary.

I do not fear you, Doctor Jones, don't delude yourself. But I am aware of both yours and the Doctor's hatred for me. [His voice gets just a little cooler.] If anything happens because of your hypospray, do not believe I will be merciful.

[Private audio.]

[Martha's voice is very calm and professional sounding.]

Rassilon, I saved the Master's life repeatedly; I'm not going to allow anyone to die because of my hatred for them, and I'm certainly not going to attack anyone using my position in the infirmary.

What time would you like to come in?

[Private audio.]

How very foolish of you. But what do I expect from some simple human?

As soon as possible. I have no desire for this affair to drag on longer than necessary. [He sounds a little uncomfortable - he still doesn't want to put himself into the care of a human, but it seems he has no other chouce.]

[Private audio.] Spam?

Alright, I'm ready whenever you are.

[Spam.]

[Rassilon makes his way to the infirmary, everything but happy, but trying to look as dignified as possible. He doesn't bother knocking.]

I'm here, Doctor Jones.

[Spam.]

[There are more than a few people in the infirmary at the moment, but Martha quickly meets Rassilon at the door with a brief smile. Just because everything was his fault it didn't mean that she couldn't be polite and nice to him.]

I'm all set up in the exam room, if you'll follow me.

[She gestured towards the room at the end of the line of open, but curtained beds.]

[Spam.]

[She better be, if she doesn't want him to throw another hissy fit - controlling his temper is not usually something he bothers with.]

[Martha really has had enough of hissy fits this week, so she's on her best behavior. She lead him into the room, and then gestured to the exam table.]

If ya take a seat, I'll scan ya and then we'll give ya the hypo.

I'd appreciate if you wouldn't take quite so long. I have other things to do.

[Martha would find being nice much easier if she wasn't already in a mood, but she remembered Doctor Smith's advice and quickly bit her tongue; she knew that he didn't have anything else to do. She pulled out the scanner.]

Just gonna trace this over you, it won't even touch, yeah?

[Spam.]

I do know how a scanner works. I have worked with such equipment before your species had even existed.

[Spam.]-Anything the scanner should pick up?

[Martha took a deep breath and she needed to bite her lip even harder. She could handle him, she was a professional after all.]

Of course, apologies.

[A faint smile as she started tracing the scanner over him. Normally Martha would have done some sort of small talk in order to make things go more quickly, but right now she was just keeping her mouth shut.]

[Spam.]-Perhaps some aftereffects of the Master's lightning-attack.

[He observes her working, a haughty look on his face. He's just waiting for her to make a mistake.]

[Martha completed the scan quickly, and then she took a step back.]

You're in good condition save for some lingering aftereffects of an electric strike. I'm guessing it had something to do with the Master?
