Oh same as ever, quite overworked and a slave to the Missus, just like I like it. Cardiff's got snow already- was a bit embarrassed about that at first, didn't mean for the thing to do that... -it should still be a bit Fallish aboard now, yes? Fall...ing? Fallsy. Allons-y.

[Tutting at her] No one on that blasted ship works as hard as you do, Martha Jones.

Private-Cause Rose is here now. thegooddrjones November 23 2010, 10:51:08 UTC
Yeah, it's the end of November here, nearly December. I'm glad you and Rose are getting on well!

I don't think that's true, Sveta works just as hard, and lord knows our kitchen staff can do miracles.

Private-Ooh! Tricky temporal hijinks. metacrisis_ten November 23 2010, 11:04:15 UTC
Yeah... [Have a ludicrously adorable, almost shy smile if one can believe it from Mr Cocky McSmartarse. Ah, love.]

I suppose, if I must give the others their due. [A cretinous smirk and a dismissive hand wave ala Donna.]

Is there anything you need, by the by? I can't promise a great deal -much as I'd like to ship you more medical professionals, I think the hospitals round London might notice whole teams disappearing in the night- but while the connection's up I might could tap into it, send you something inconsequential? Maybe some contraband?

[Have a rather large grin with that, because Martha is exceptionally glad that the two of them are happy.]

I'd love some proper chips. It feels like we've had ages since we've had any, you know how the barge can be.

[D'aw, Martha!grins are awesome.]

Oh-ho-ho! Give me half an hour and time enough to nip up the road to the shop and you, Martha Jones, will have yourself some piping hot chips. Just like the old days. [An eyebrow waggle later and he moves out of view amid the sounds of the sonic screwdriver.]

Anything new with you, by the by? Interesting inmates, dangerous adventures, all that?

Brilliant, just like old times!

I'm alright. Well, actually I'm better than alright. We've just had a rough patch aboard the barge, but other than that things are working out well for me.
