[Bob isn't actually sleeping there, but that's because he doesn't want to take up a bed. He has no clue what to say to Martha and besides, a Barge veteran he is not, so he does the only thing he can think of and finds her to give her a hug.]

[Martha looked a bit surprised when Bob came up and gave her a hug, but she hugged him back fairly tightly. She looked a bit lost even as she was doing the medical things she needed to do, despite how she was doing them as they needed to be done. There was a smile when she pulled away after a moment, and her voice was soft.]

Thanks, Bob, I needed that. Are you all right?

I don't think I've heard of people dying and not coming back...but people disappear and then show up again. Maybe that's all this is, and it's just really bad timing? Or maybe he decided he'd rather not be on the Barge after seeing that port.

On the barge if their belongs are gone, it normally means that they aren't coming back.
