Let's talk politics.

I am trying to figure out what the most important aspects of a president are. I thought twelve wouldn't be enough, but now I'm having trouble filling in the last couple, and I need help.

Requisites for being the President: Knowledge and understanding of (in no particular order)
1)Education
2)Foreign Policy
3)Warfare
4)Health Care
5)Church & State
6)Local/Federal Law
7)Environment
8)Management
9)Economy
10)Public Speaking
11)
12)

....what am I missing? It has to take more than this to be the President. Assume that personality (integrity, sense of humor, style, etc.) and physical traits (race, age, sex) have no weight at all. I'm looking for at LEAST two more things a president should know and understand if he or she were to be elected.
