Glad I went to the meeting

I'm glad I went to the bookcrossing meeting last night, as it was just me and another bookcrosser from Seattle. Turnout apparently has been low. We talked about the changes on bookcrossing, places in Seattle we've had luck wild releasing (aka gotten journal entries), books we brought, places we buy books, etc. Chris took me there and I was to call him when I was done. Turns out he left his cell phone and wallet at home so he sat in the car outside for a little over an hour while I was inside chatting. Meeting was in a coffee shop with a bookshelf. Left a few books.

On other bookcrossing news, I'm almost at 1000 books released. That is exciting!
