Step one of sixty-four
Joe and me had a sit down powerlunch. He told me the way things are going to be. Starting over we are looking at the production and distribution again. He wants to be part of this from day one from photography to distribution. So we came up with a 64 step method. He's doing the first part, which is mostly legal stuff like change the company format and find out the most appropriate tax filing status. He's got a four month window he's hoping to get everything done in. So right now I sit back while he investigates everything until he's ready to proceed. But it is agreed, I write the checks, he signs them.
