Pulled over... Again...
What does it mean when you're constantly pulled over, but hardly ever get tickets?

screw it, you know... this is why i usually stick up for cops, 'cause the vast majority of them aren't in it for the money ('cause it's not all that great) but 'cause they feel like they're helping.
