It's been... umm... interesting
Well its been an "interesting" christmas. Grandad died 10 days before so I have been home since then. He died due to the hospitals incompetence. More later. I went to live with Gran for a week, and then we had Christmas. It was better than we thought it would be. Easier. We had my Dad's parents, my Gran, My Mum's sister, my 3 brothers, my Parents and my Dad's friend. He'a been going through a hard time. He's just found out that his wifes been having an affair. So he left her. Dad invited him to ours, and he's now going on a date with my Aunt! Then we had people round for Boxing Day, and we went to the sales rather half heartedly. Then this Wednesday just gone we had the funeral, which was very hard. The service was lovely, but I was in tears throughout. I was very close to my Grandad, and very close to my Gran, so it was incredibly hard. We had the wake at a little hotel, and all the family were there, so it was nice to see them all, but would have been better under different circumstances. Then since then I have been just at home. Oh and Dad went into hospital yesterday, hes having more operations on his knees. Hes had the bolts removed from his left leg, and a bone graft to fill the holes, and then they have done a ligament reconstruction on his right leg. And this is the first of 3 operations we have to look forward to in the next year.
