I love how things are going lately.
Work is great, I love my job. My boss spoils the crap out of me. Plus we just hired a new girl, so it helps take a lot of pressure off of Pina and myself. woo. Problem is after six days of work, 40+ hours I tend to burn out. Hence the partying every Sunday night. It's my destress.. ya know? A biweekly acrylic fill, monthly pedi. I need my ME time. I really should buy some books. Harry Potter comes out soon :D I'm the biggest HP nerd. I'm so ridiculously excited for the midnight premieire of the movie and the book coming out. Yay Barnes & Nobel delivering on the day it comes out. I'm going to come home from work and read the entire book in one sitting. It's my tradition. I can't believe this is the last one!! ah. Yay for JKR writing one of their textbooks from the series though lol. That should be interesting.
I pierced my ears!! I finally got my doubles. I adore them even if they hurt like a bitch. It's been two days and no one has noticed. I'd kinda like SOMEONE to comment, ya know? I know it sounds vain and all, but I so rarely indulge in things like this, and getting them pierced was a huge step for me. I was so nervous!
I love music. I live for it. I'm constantly burning new cds for my car. Yay 6 cd changer in my car. I need to go to a concert soon. Hot Hot Heat will be at the Boardwalk... aahhh. iPod love <3
Last night Sheri and I got dressed up to keep our friend company at the hooks. He was the dj, so we would be his dancers and just be silly. Of course we show up and NO ONE is there, so we take off and go to a kickback. The guy was awesome, he had such a great selection of music, so we turned on Velvet Revolver and acted like dorks. Then... WE PLAYED HALO!!! OMG SQUEE!! XD
I used to love that in highschool. I had a boyfriend back then who played it all the time, and all of our friends played. I had an entire summer where we played it. I hadn't realized how much I missed it in the last four years.
SF is love. Really, it is. I'm going in August to see a musical I like called Avenue Q. SOOOO fun. Plus I'm going with my good friend before she leaves for a semester in London. I'm going to miss her so much! I am leaving for the SF Giants game in like ten minutes lol. I bought my dad AMAZING tickets for Father's day. We will go shopping for a while before the game. Here is to me not freezing my butt off!! haha.
