Classes are going well. Nothing truly amazingly exciting has happened. Our first volleyball game is this Saturday. I know we're going to win...we're just that awesome.
Last night Heather, Andrew, and I went to Benny's for pizza at midnight. Benny's is by far the BEST pizza place in all of Hoboken, if not the world. That was a pretty weird sentence. Annnnnyway, the slices are $2 and they're HUGE. You actually need two plates to contain one slice. So we were there munching on our pizza going "yumyumyum" when I look up and see Chia Pet man. He was dressed in something resembling a floral women's full-body bathing suit with spandex under a pair of overly-short blue athletic shorts. He was about 6'2, 250-300 pounds, 50 years old. His outfit was pretty funny, and we were all laughing at that for a bit. Then I realized he had a red fanny pack. That was pretty funny too. The strap was (literally, this isn't some English hyperbole) a seat belt. So we laughed some more. Then he leaned back in his chair and put his arms behind his head and smiled as the Mets scored a run. He was missing his top left canine and he had Pugh-like tufts of hair growing out of his armpits. So we named him Chia Pet man. Kids are cruel sometimes. The really strange thing is he didn't order or eat anything the whole hour he was there. He just chilled alone at a table for six and watched the baseball game.
