Apartments!
I have appointments to look at the following apartments:
1.) 2 br apartment in somewhat older apartment complex (Deer Run) that will allow cats and small dogs---600 a month + utilities (not including water)
2.) Two br apartment in house unit, $700 + utilities...nice man who owns it...but a little pricey...I'm trying for under $700.
3.) One bedroom in very nice complex (Longview Apartments), $655 + utilities, complex includes pool, tennis courts, sauna, in apartment room laundry, balcony, and golf course...it also is home to retirees...which I'm not sure how I feel about...
4.) One bedroom in new apartment (Hillmont Apt), all new appliances, dishwasher, washer, dryer, $625 + utilities
So I'm pretty excited about the options. Making more than my average 8,000 I was making prior to having a real job is pretty damn exciting.
