O man. Im in my room about to IM eric who was at a call that i didnt know they had then my alert tones go off. "attention lakeside respond for a working roof (thats what dan said they said or...) structure fire so by now im already at my front door with my gear then i hear the address 55 School Road.
So stupid me we get in the car and drive to the firehouse at teh corner i see the house smoking ( i should have stopped and am regretting it now) so go to the firehouse 33 is already enroute so i wait 2 minutes then we go back. I get out of the car while its rolling at school and carol by this time chesters tanker is on scene and 33 is operating. 1 preconnect inside, 1 outside exposure 3&4 then i see kalus up on the exterior line so i hop on the line with him and stay there untill we are realved.
Did some overhaul work, raked hose, had coffee, put tools away, etc.... we did a good job we saved the house so ...2nd structure in 36 hours
