This particular artefact hunt had taken Myka, Pete, Helena and a very excitable Claudia very far indeed - Dundee, Scotland, to be precise. With a deep rooted industrial past, Dundee was a major export of marmalade (with the first commercial brand of marmalade created in 1797), home to a large jute industry and many large publishing companies. Poet, yes? Burns, I mean.

Hehehe, nice little story. And I LOVED the trident reference! And I can so imagine Pete being that ignorant, thouhg I'll admit, I'm still not entirely sure myself about the difference, and I'm in Ireland. I believe I remember what haggis is though. Ewww.

Oh, and that image of Myka and Helena and honey you put in my head? Not sure whether or not to say thank you... ;)

I think the boys' sort of elite singing group when I was in middle school did that to music. At the end it was something about "until the seas run dry." I haven't read the poem, but I like Jim Carrey's interpretation: "My love is like a red, red rose, and I am a little thorny!" xD

I don't think I even remember the exact content of haggis; all I recall is that when I learned what it was I was more disgusted than when I learned about scrapple, lol. Glad you like it, anyway! xD

Never heard it to music before, it is a nice poem. Is that in "The Mask"? He is so funny.

Scrapple? Or do I really want to know?

Yup, from "The Mask." :D

Scrapple is like spam, only in brick form. It's the same color as blood sausage/pudding and it's NASTY and I don't know WHY people like it. Southern States thing. That might explain it... xD
