We were in the middle of working on volume 27 of Blade of the Immortal, when an other group released volume 27 yesterday. And they did a good job! So this time, we will accept this and step back. Wasting our time and energy with something that's already have been done in a similar quality would be senseless.
For now, we say thank you to our readers! We haven't decided yet how we will go on, but what we know is that we won't continue our work on volume 27. And as we're translating from German to English, there's no realistic way to have volume 28 (which will be released the next few days in Japan) translated before the other group, that translates Japanese to English. On top of that, we don't want to make a contest out of our scanlations. Our goal was to make Blade of the Immortal available for anyone who speaks English, but if someone else does it even faster, we're glad. :)

It's a pity but we just did lose the battle.
I know exactly why that other group did take Blade.
But I really thank everybody who has supported us!
